We offer a suite of services to architects and designers to aid in the design process and ensure that plans comply with all relevant building codes.

Services include:

• Certification and Reports - issuing a range of compulsory certificates including Construction Certificates, Interim and Final Occupation Certificates, Complying Development Certificates, BASIX reports, Bushfire reports and Building Code of Australia
• Building Codes - providing advice and interpretation of Building Code of Australia regulations and preparing reports to ensure that buildings are designed to meet all relevant criteria;
• Building Inspections - at various stages of construction to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications
• Planning - assistance with town planning matters such as Development Application and environmental issues; and
• Advice - attending Council meetings and dealing with all regulatory bodies to ensure a smooth process.
